Circle of Security

8 - Week Parenting Course

For Parents or Professionals

Details: Circle of Security is an international, evidence based, secure attachment education program that meets once weekly for two hours per session for a total of eight weeks. Attendance and participation is required to successfully graduate the course and receive a certificate of completion.

Cost: The cost for this course is $250.00 per participant with a discounted rate of $375.00 for couples.

Family Mentoring, Life Coaching, Mental Health Coaching

Family mentoring, Life Coaching, and Mental Health Coaching services offer a helping hand with setting while receiving support and encouragement at achieving them. Also, gain connection with other local resources and a warm hand off to those who provide them, helping you and your family feel more confident and comfortable with getting the help you are looking for.

Cost: These services are provided virtually or in person as available and are charged at $25.00 p/hour.

Support Groups

Parent / Family / Youth / Professional

Details: Our support groups are offered both virtually and in person. Groups are now revolving, typically by season, with an average length of three months. Parent specific support groups are designed to include parents only. For these groups, you must find childcare during this time so parents can focus on themselves. Family groups are designed for the family to attend together as a whole as much as possible, and youth groups are designed for the youth to attend with others in their age category without parents.

Cost: All support groups are $75.00 per person per group. That breaks down to $25.00 per month.

Emotional Regulation Course,
Presentation, or Workshop

Scaled to any age group or audience.

Details: This model can be presented as a course, presentation, or workshop format and will be modified to fit the specific audience and age category. Using fun, interactive visual aids, this presentation explains the importance of regulating our emotions in a tangible, easy to understand way. The workshop includes time for discussion groups and personal reflection.

Cost:

For a one-hour presentation, the cost is a flat rate of $500.00 + any travel expenses necessary.
For a three-hour workshop, cost is $800.00 + materials and any travel expenses necessary.
For a 5-week course meeting one hour p/week, cost is $100 p/participant or $150 p/couple.

Supported Parenting Play Sessions

Details: Our supported Parenting Play Sessions are designed to help parents who are struggling with various situations that are bringing them to a place where they are wanting or needing some extra support during their time with their children.
